Job Description
 
We are seeking Reporting Specialist for our Enterprise HR Reporting group, intended to provide strategic reporting on a scheduled and ad hoc basis to support all the internal customers across Ameriprise (globally)
Responsibilities
• Partner with different CEOs of HR, reporting clients, data source providers and Technology to understand reporting requirements and capabilities
• Develop timely and accurate reports, dashboards and presentations related to people data such as Headcount, Turnover, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity, Learning and Talent Management
• Create and schedule standard and ad-hoc queries from multiple HR systems such as Workday, SAP-SuccessFactors Talent Manager, SAP-SuccessFactors-Workforce Analytics & Planning Module, Cornerstone and Kenexa 2XBrassRing
• Adherence to all compliance regulations related to employee data
• Recommend changes to improve data accuracy, standardization, and automation of everyday processes
• Audit and validate data to ensure data accuracy and integrity across databases and systems
• Participate in HR projects providing employee data support as required
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data mining, reporting, with Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in handling large volumes of data and building models in excel using formulas/macros
• Ability to gather and understand client requirements and provide recommendations for product solutions
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high quality of work. A strong willingness to learn new ideas, concepts, and skills
• Knowledge of query building in Workday (or any top HRMS tool), Prism Analytics, Kenexa 2XBrassRing, Cornerstone and/or SAP-SuccessFactors-Workforce Analytics & Planning Module, is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Access or MS PowerPoint is preferred
• Experience with US payroll and benefits reporting is preferred
• Location- Noida
• Shifts- 2pm to 10.30pm
